“We are not outside observers of the world. Nor are we simply located at particular places in the world; rather we are part of the world in its ongoing intra-activity.”

Hi,

I'm Meagan Cope Experience Designer based in Chicago. My academic background includes a Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University. I have nine years of experience in designing and managing creative projects, while always keeping inclusion and accessibility in the forefront.

I firmly believe that our interactions with various environments significantly influence our identities. Whether in public spaces, online platforms, or the intimate settings of our homes, the many forms of design shape our existence. The dialogue of these spaces, though often subtle, leaves a lasting imprint on our memories, weaving together the elements that define us as individuals. With that, my passion for accessibility extends across digital, physical, and print realms.

In addition to my design work, I maintain an independent artistic practice where I explore the interplay of space, experience, and memory.
